(Honors), Thammasat University and Barrister-at-Law and Graduate Diploma in Taxation, Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association) works in corporate and tax matters with over 23 years of experience specializing in corporate restructuring; taxation; intellectual property and information technology licensing. He has considerable experience in advising local and international clients in these areas, as well as those relating to mergers and acquisitions; corporatization and privatization; securitization; property fund; banking and finance. Prior to joining The Legists, Mr. Tiyapattanaputi was a senior associate of White & Case (Thailand) Ltd. and before that, worked for one of the top five international audit and taxation firms, where he was involved with several privatization and corporatization projects.
