Sombat Thitapanich (LL.B., Chulalongkorn University, LL.M. in International Law Program, Concentration: International Trade and Banking, Washington College of Law and Certificate of Completion, Training Program of International Practice and Arbitration for Lawyers, Ministry of Justice) works in litigation, debt restructuring, rehabilitation, corporatization and privatization, arbitration, corporate and commercial transactions with over 28 years of experience. His practice includes the areas of civil law, business reorganization, bankruptcy, and financial transactions, construction contracts, international trade and overseas investment. Prior to joining The Legists, Mr. Thitapanich worked for White & Case (Thailand) Ltd. for five and a half years, Finance One Public Company Limited (the largest finance company in Thailand at such time) for two and a half years, a leading telecommunications company in Thailand for three and a half years and other private enterprises and law firms for more than 10 years.
