The Legists have a highly specialized team of translators with over 18 years of experience in the bilingual translation of contracts; laws and acts; litigation and arbitration plaints, answers and court proceeding reports for civil, commercial, criminal and administrative cases, including arbitration statements of claim and statements of defense, motions, judgments and awards; legal and corporate forms and documents; minutes of public company meetings; information memoranda and relevant documents under the rules and regulations of the SEC; as well as the relevant documents for government agencies, such as, the Teachers’ Council of Thailand. Other than the translation services, The Legists also provides the interpretation services in court proceedings for clients and government entities.

The Office of the SEC has entrusted The Legists translation team to prepare English translations of the relevant notifications of the Office of the SEC as well as the SEC, relating to, among others, securities offering disclosure and reporting requirements, mutual fund management, connected transaction disclosures, annual registration statement forms and other related forms and guidelines relating to securities.
