The Legists have a strong belief and firm policy that it is our duty to work towards the benefit of the Thai community, in keeping with this policy all members of the team perform a great deal of pro bono work for educational, charitable, governmental and religious organizations. Most notably is the appointment of Ms. Utaiwan to the National Policy Committee on Law Reform, which has been given the duty to amend approximately 337 laws, in the capacity as a member of the Government Law Reform Supervisory Subcommittee and the Negotiation Group for Codification and Assessment of Government Law Reform. In addition, Mr. Intralib has for many years been a visiting lecturer at several of Thailand's leading academic institutions, including Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University, Ms. Utaiwan was a visiting lecturer at Chulalongkorn University’s Master of Business Administration Program, and Mr. Sersansie is a part-time lecturer at Thammasat University and Ramkhamhaeng University in the area of securities and corporation laws.
