The Legists have advised state enterprises from feasibility studies for corporatization and privatization through to implementation, including advising on the corporate structure of the new entities; employment schemes and benefits; regulatory pre and post conditions to privatization and the execution of the privatization process. The Legists have also advised the Committee of the State Enterprises on the overall structuring and implementation of national privatization plan for state enterprises.
